(1) The boundaries of the national park result from the attached map set, which is part of this law: 1. Digital Topographic Map (DTK) at 1st scale : 100 000 (Annex 2), 2. Reduced official card 1 : 5 000 (AK5) on a scale of 1: 10 000 (Annex 3). The geographical coordinates of Appendices 2 and 3 are shown in the geodetic reference system WGS 84 and as projected coordinates in the European Terrestrial Reference System 1989 (ETRS 89) with the Universal Transversal Mercator mapping in relation to zone 32 N (UTM 32N) (Appendix 4); The same applies to the geographical coordinates in Appendices 1 and 6. 3The areas enclosed by the national park area, which are not assigned to any of the zones referred to in Section 5(1), are not part of the national park. (2) The boundary of the national park shall be determined seawards and in the estuaries of Ems, Weser and Elbe as well as in the Jade the connecting line between the points entered in Appendix 2, determined by geographical coordinates, unless the Lower Saxony border or a tailgate runs in the estuaries of Elbe and Weser between two coordinate points; in this case, the boundary is formed by the national boundary or the downstream foot of the tail unit. (3) The landward boundaries of the National Park are shown in Annexes 2 and 3 by point lines. 2On the boundary sections marked by an interrupted point line in Appendices 2 and 3, the mean flood line is decisive. 3On the sections marked by a red dot line in Annexes 2 and 3, the sea-side boundary of the dike (Section 4(3) of the Lower Saxony Dike Act) is decisive. 4The map shall be decisive for the course of the boundaries indicated in Annexes 2 and 3 by a black point line which is not interrupted. 5Insofar as, in accordance with sentence 3, the sea-side boundary of the dike forms the boundary of the national park, this boundary changes with the permitted changes to the existing dike. 6In this case, the Ministry responsible for nature conservation shall, where necessary, publish Annexes 2 and 3 anew.
