EPR spectroscopy data underlying the study "A labile sulfur ligand in a three-cysteine-coordinated [2Fe-2S] cluster mediates sulfide sensing in NreB"

This Zenodo record contains all EPR spectroscopy data associated with the study “A labile sulfur ligand in a three-cysteine-coordinated [2Fe-2S] cluster mediates sulfide sensing in NreB”, including the original source data and numerical datasets exported from Bruker WinEPR Acquisition software. The deposited files correspond to the EPR data presented in the manuscript and Supplementary Information. A README file is provided to describe the dataset structure and the experimental conditions used for EPR data collection. Both the EPR source data and the exported numerical datasets are organized into two folders. The folder “NreB_PAS_5mmolDTH_change_power_and_temperature” contains spectra of NreB_PAS treated with 5 mM DTH, including variable-temperature measurements recorded at 1 mW from 10 K to 120 K and variable-power measurements recorded at 10 K, 40 K, and 77 K. The folder “NreB_and_NreB_PAS_other_conditions” contains spectra of oxidized NreB and NreB_PAS, samples treated with GSH or GSH plus NaHS, samples treated with 5 mM DTH and recorded at 40 K and 1 mW with 10 accumulated scans, and control datasets for buffer, DTH, and CuSO4.
