Standard Chlorine of Delaware Site Raw sequence reads

These sequences were obtained from sediments at a site with known PCB and chlorobenzene contamination to assess the potential for bioremediation with compost-granular activated carbon (GAC) mixtures as a reactive matrix in comparison to wetland sediment-GAC mixtures. In early FY22, these sediment samples were collected from the wetland and reactive mats for genetic analysis to assist in assessing the PCB degradation potential in the wetland.
