Most enjoyed content on Netflix in the U.S. 2017-2023

During the third quarter of 2023, the vast majority of U.S. Netflix consumers preferred to watch original TV programs, with 51 percent of respondents stating to enjoy viewing this type of content the most. This marked a growth from the previous years. The second most popular content type in 2023 was other originals, such as movies, documentaries, and comedy specials, followed by recent movies that were released within the two years before the survey was conducted.
