The sandbox test of BaP Raw sequence reads

This study is aimed to solve the low BaP concentration contamination in soils by adjusting environmental variables and amendments of microorganisms or nutrients. The sandbox test was conducted to verify if addition of a soybean oil nanoemulsion (SONE) or inoculation of an acclimated mixed culture can assist the bioremediation of benzo(a) pyrene (BaP) in rice-paddy soil under optimum water content. Next generation sequencing (NGS) was conducted to observe the microbial profile.
