资源简介:
Innate immune stimulants may contribute to reducing reliance on antimicrobials in human and livestock health management. The stimulant used in the experiment had not previously been investigated for its impact at the transcriptomic level in cattle, hence the experiment was designed to explore this impact. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from bovine whole blood, cultured in media and stimulated with various doses of the stimulant (0, 2, 5, 12.5 or 31.25ug per million cells). Total RNA were extracted at 0, 6 and 24 hours following stimulation. Samples were sequenced by the Australian Genome Research Facility using Illlumina Sequencing in two lanes on two different dates. Samples 1-12 were sequenced first, samples 13-36 were sequenced subsequently.
