The random 105 fecal samples were cellected from patients with bipolar depression in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China from June 3, 2021 to December 26, 2021 : B group (before treatment) (n = 35), AC group (after medication treatment)(n = 35), and AT group (after combined treatment with medication and probiotics)(n = 35) groups.Bacterial genomic DNA was extracted from fecal samples using the DNA magnetics and extract kit (Tiangen Biotech, Beijing, China), according to the instruction of the manufacturer.
