Transcriptome analysis after knockdown of target genes (either HSP27 or TGF-β1, both HSP27 and TGF-β1) via shRNAs in SNU-398 cells

Comparing expression profiles : among comparable samples in which target genes are knocked down Global gene expression profiling has shown that only 134 (0.3%) genes over 2-fold gene fluctuations are differentially expressed in shTGF-β1-treated cells compared to control shRNA-treated cells. Total 4 samples and 3 comparisons were analyzed. Comparing expression profiles among comparable samples using Affymetrix Human 2.0ST data. Intensity (CEL) Data files are generated by Affymetrix® GeneChip Command Console® Software(AGCC). SNU-398_data1-raw data.xlsx: Normalized data:53,617 probes, 4 samples SNU-398_data2.xlsx: Processed data: 44,629 probes, 4 samples SNU-398_data3.xlsx: Criteria for significant result: |fc|≥1.5. SNU-398_data3.xlsx contains significant 3,826 probes in at least one of total comparison pairs.
