FracFeed - Global database of the fraction of feeding predators

<em>FracFeed_Data.csv</em> - the full, curated compilation of fraction feeding and covariate data;<em>FracFeed_Metadata.csv</em> - column descriptions for the full compilation FracFeed_Data file;<em>FracFeed_Citations.csv</em> - source citations for the full compilation FracFeed_Data file;<em>FracFeed_Data_TaxonClean.csv</em> - the taxonomically-standardized compilation of fraction feeding and covariate data (<em>see below</em>);<em>FracFeed_Citations_SupplementaryAllometry.csv</em> - supplementary source citations for predator body mass information (see SOM of Novak et al. <em>in review</em> for details).The taxonomically-standardized compilation represents a subset of the full compilation in which the scientific name of each predator species (as reported in the source publication) has been cross-referenced and updated according to the Open Tree of Life using the rotl package. Any taxa not present in the ToL database, not identified to species, or whose taxonomic status is unknown have been removed.<br>For updates, see https://github.com/marknovak/FracFeed
