资源简介:
This record describes the End of Voyage (EOV) data archive from the Marine National Facility (MNF) RV Investigator voyage IN2023_V06, titled "Understanding Eddy Interactions and Their Impacts in the East Australian Current System." The voyage took place between October 9, 2023 and November 2, 2023 (AEST), departing from Sydney and returning to Sydney.\n\nFor further information please refer to the voyage documentation links.\n\nInstruments used and data collected include:\n\nRegular measurements:\nLowered ADCP (LADCP), Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP; 75, 150 KHz ), Greenhouse Gas Analysers (Picarro), Cloud Condensation Nuclei counter (CCN), Condensation Particle Counters (CPC), Disdrometer, Radon sensor, Scanning Mobility Particle Sizers (SMPS), CTD, Hydrochemistry, Fisheries Echosounder (EK80), Multibeam Echosounder (EM710, EM122), Sub-bottom Profiler (SBP120), GPS Positioning System, Doppler Velocity Log, Thermosalinographs (TSG), Fluorometer, Oxygen Optode, Infrared Sea Surface Temperature Autonomous Radiometer (ISAR), pCO2, Multiangle Absorption Photometer (MAAP), Ozone Sensor, Nephelometer, Atmospheric Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Wind and Rain sensors, Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) sensor, Precision Infrared Radiometer (PIR), Precision Spectral Pyranometer (PSP), ITI Trawl Net, Starboard and Portside Radiometers, Air Sampler, Weather Radar, Expendable Bathythermographs (XBTs).\n\nVoyage-specific measurements:\nTriaxus, Fluorescence Induction and Relaxation System (FIRe), Laser Optical Particle Counter (LOPC), Radiosonde, Surface Velocity Program Drifters (SVP), Near-surface Drifters, C-band Doppler Radar, High-Frequency Ocean Radar (HFRadar), Sun photometer (Microtops), Moana Temperature Sensor, High-throughput Plankton Imaging (Planktoscope), Spectral Absorption and Attenuation Sensor (AC-S), Core Argo floats, Biogeochemical (BGC) Argo Floats, Wildlife Observations (seabirds, cetaceans and seals).\n\nThe archive for the IN2023_V06 EOV raw data is curated by the CSIRO National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) Information and Data Centre (IDC) in Hobart, with a permanent archive at the CSIRO Data Access Portal (https://data.csiro.au/), providing access to voyage participants and processors of the data collected on the voyage.\n\nAll voyage documentation is available electronically to MNF support via the local network. Applications to access voyage documentation by non-CSIRO participants can be made via data-requests-hf@csiro.au.\n\nAll processed data from this voyage are made publicly available through the MNF Data Trawler (in the related links).\nLineage: Original field data. The raw EOV data archive was transferred to the CSIRO NCMI Information and Data Centre in Hobart. \n\nA manifest file for the final archive was generated (IN2023_V06_manifest_1.0_rawVoyage_cs.txt, 04/01/2024). Stored Volume: 4,545 folders, 383,523 files, 2,886,659,011,082 bytes.\n\nAvailable paper documents are scanned to 400 dpi PDF and stored at the IDC record storage system. ELOG files are generated as csv-formatted files and archived.
