To explore the possible molecular pathogenic mechanism of TurCV infection in turbot and the corresponding immune response of the host, and to discover more related genes and proteins and clarify their roles in the infection process, RNA-seq technology was used to sequence and analyze the transcriptome of the spleen and kidney tissues of turbot infected with TurCV, obtaining the corresponding transcript changes, expression levels and expression level differences of host cells, and screening the differentially expressed genes in each organ before and after viral infection.
