绍兴滨海新区智慧工地系统考勤预警管理数据

建筑工地在工人进场后，需要录入到考勤信息。系统会进行人员考勤信息核对，系统会为企业提供工人考勤风险走势情况（1）数据采集：采集绍兴市滨海新区范围内考勤信息线下通过设备和手动录入的方式采集数据到数据库作为原始数据源。（2）数据处理：首先对采集的考勤确认数据进行清洗，包括考勤金额为0的或者为null的。然后对数据在时间维度按日，项目维度按企业，区域维度按区域，进行最细级别粒度的聚合。计算得到各工地的考勤总数量为X，未确认考勤人数/X=未确认人数在总考勤发放中的占比， 待处理数为已经采集且并未介入处理数， 已处理数为已经开始处理的数量，已完成数为已经确认考勤发放的数量，超时未处理数为超时未处理数指超过1天未处理数，X=待处理数+已处理数+已完成数。缺勤考勤人数占比=缺勤考勤数/ X，多工地考勤人数占比=多工地考勤数/X，补卡考勤人数占比=补卡考勤人数/X。After construction workers enter the site, their attendance information must be logged. (1) Data Collection: Attendance information within the scope of Shaoxing Binhai New Area is collected via offline equipment and manual entry, and stored in the database as the original data source. (2) Data Processing: First, clean the collected attendance confirmation data by removing records where the attendance amount is 0 or null. Then perform finest-grained aggregation of the data along three dimensions: daily granularity in the time dimension, enterprise-based granularity in the project dimension, and regional granularity in the regional dimension. Calculate the total attendance count for each construction site as X. The proportion of unconfirmed attendance personnel in the total attendance disbursement is calculated as (unconfirmed attendance personnel count / X). The pending count refers to the number of attendance records that have been collected but not yet initiated for processing. The processed count refers to the number of attendance records for which processing has been initiated. The completed count refers to the number of attendance records for which attendance disbursement has been confirmed. The overdue unprocessed count refers to the number of records that have not been processed for more than 1 consecutive day. It should be noted that X = pending count + processed count + completed count. Additionally, the following proportion metrics are calculated: - Absentee attendance headcount proportion = (number of workers with absent attendance) / X - Multi-site attendance headcount proportion = (number of workers with attendance at multiple construction sites) / X - Card-replenishment attendance headcount proportion = (number of workers with card-replenishment attendance) / X
