Effects of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria on soil phosphorus fractions and bacterial community

Phosphorus limitation widely occurs in subtropical and tropical regions. Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria can mediate the turnover of soil phosphorus and enhance phosphorus availability, but we still lack the mechanistic understanding regarding the linkage between different inoculation rates of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and phosphorus fractions transformation. In this study, Burkholderia ZP-4, a phosphate-solubilizing bacteriastrain, was inoculated into subtropical bamboo forest soil with different rates to determine soil properties, phosphorus fractions transformation and bacterail community.
