Replace_StLaurent_et_al_RAW_sequence_data.tar.gz

This file contains all Anchored Hybrid Enrichment (AHE)-derived raw sequencing reads for the article "Museum specimens provide phylogenomic data to resolve relationships of sack-bearer moths (Lepidoptera, Mimallonoidea, Mimallonidae)". These specimens were sequenced with the use of the LEP1 AHE probe set as outlined in the article. These raw reads can be processed for phylogenomic studies using the pipeline published in Breinholt et al. (2018): Systematic Biology 67(1):78-93. Not included in this file are sequences from other sources: the BMORI reference genome and transcriptome-derived data used in the article.
