In this study, ATRA and PMA were employed to induce THP-1 cell differentiation, and whole transcriptome sequencing was used to screen out the significantly differentiated expression of lncRNAs during AML cell differentiation. Further, we found that AC098613.1 was significantly upregulated in differentiated AML cells, while AC098613.1 overexpression significantly promoted the differentiation of THP-1 and HL-60 cells. Therefore, the mechanism of AC098613.1-induced AML cell differentiation and the tumor-suppressive effect of AC098613.1 in vivo were further investigated. Overall design: ATRA (8.0 µM) and PMA (50 ng/mL) were used to induce THP-1 cells differentiation, and whole transcriptome sequencing was used to screen out the significantly differentiated expression of lncRNAs and mRNA in both ATRA- and PMA-induced cells.
