Raw next-generation sequencing data of Rickettsia felis detected by NGS in cerebrospinal fluid samples (for case report only)

This project provides sequencing data supporting a clinical case report, aiming to share the raw next-generation sequencing (NGS) data of Rickettsia felis detected by NGS in the cerebrospinal fluid sample of a child with central nervous system infection. The data will offer critical support for etiological confirmation and clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of this rare case.
