Understanding the role of allantoin in salinity stress tolerance mechanism of rice through transcriptomic study

To understand the molecular mechanism of allantoin mediated salt tolerance in rice the RNA seq-analysis was performed from the root and shoot tissues of IR-29 in the presence and absence of allantoin after 5 days of salt treatment (100 mM NaCl). Transcriptomic data of allantoin treated IR-29 under salinity stress was studied to find DEGs involved in ABA and BR biosynthesis pathway.
