We used microarrays to identify gene targets of CD40 signaling in mouse cDC1. Overall design: cDC1s from skin draining lymph nodes of WT mice were sort-purified for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain and compare gene expression signatures for cDC1 populations in the presence or absence of CD40 stimulation.
