Expression analysis of intestinal tumor organoids derived from different driver gene genotypes

Apc (A), K-Ras (K), Tgfbr2 (T), and p53 (P) are four of the most frequently mutated driver genes in human colorectal cancer (CRC). We have generated compound mutant mice in combination, which carry mutations in A, AK, AKP, AKT, ATP, or AKTP. The purpose of this project is to elucidate the relationship between genotypes, phenotypes and expression profiles through comparative sequencing analysis of these mouse tumor-derived organoids.
