The study aims to execute a comprehensive transcriptome analysis of the TOR1 deletion using high-throughput sequencing techniques to identify differentially expressed genes associated with the regulation of yeast lifespan. Through the examination of global gene expression patterns following TOR1 disruption, we identified the critical molecular pathways and genetic regulators affected by TOR signaling that contribute to longevity.
