资源简介:
Firstly, porous particles with the size of 3–4 mm were transferred to a cylindrical mould. The particles and mould were preheated at 260 ◦C and 500 ◦C, respectively. Secondly, the molten magnesium was poured into the mould and infiltrated into the gaps between the particles under vertical pressure. Finally, after solidification, the MSFs were obtained. The volume fraction of the particles in MSFs was about 64%. The MSFs were cut and polished to the size of ~ 60 mm × 15 mm × 10 mm to be further used as the cores of bionic sandwiches. The core materials were attached to the CFRP skins using epoxy resin adhesives under low pressure. The obtained two types of bionic sandwich structures were named CFRP/PMSF and CFRP/SMSF, respectively. CFRP represents unidirectional CFRP skin, PMSF and SMSF are two kinds of MSF cores.
