We compared the transgenic nematodes GMC101 with control strain 2122.L1 stage nematodes were incubated at 20°C for 42h. Then we transferred the worms to 25°C for Aβ induction.We chose 8h and 24h of induction as the detection time point. The time point of Aβ induction at 24h was repeated three times and the time point at 8h was repeated twice
