Processed H&E images (JPG), tissue spot position list (CSV), and scale factor (JSON) files for 10x Genomics Visium spatial transcriptomics experiments for reovirus infected heart tissues. These files are processed files which can directly loaded in Seurat/ scanpy with the count matrices for spatial trasncriptomics analysis. If you want to realign the sequecning data, please download the rawsuppdata (ZIP) instead.<br>
