Coordination of Growth Rate, Cell Cycle, Stress Response and Metabolic Activity in Yeast

We studied the relation between growth rate and genomewide gene expression, cell cycle progression, and glucose metabolism in 36 steady state continuous cultures limited by one of six different nutrients (glucose, ammonium, sulfate, phosphate, uracil or leucine)本研究以36株受六种不同营养物质（葡萄糖、铵盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、尿嘧啶或亮氨酸）之一限制的稳态连续培养体系为研究对象，探究了生长速率与全基因组基因表达、细胞周期进程以及葡萄糖代谢之间的关联。
