Mitochondria RNA polymerase runoff RNA gel

Original Images of (i) the polyacrylamide gel (left five lanes Figure 2H and right four lanes Figure S4I) shows abortive and runoff RNA products after 15 min of transcription reaction with y-mtRNAP, MTF1 WT or mutants. Lane 2 shows the 2-mer RNA marker from a reaction performed with ATP and GTP spiked with α-32P-GTP. The reactions in the rest of the lanes contained ATP, UTP, GTP, and 3’-dCTP. (ii) gel showing the y-mtRNAP PmIC composition (Figure S1C). (iii) ultrafiltration assay (Figure S4G).
