NirsPredict is an interactive Shiny application that uses convolutional‐neural‐network models trained on a database of 5 325 A. thaliana individuals. It predicts 81 functional traits (e.g., leaf thickness, relative water content) and dozens of metabolites (sugars, glucosinolates, phytohormones) from NIRS spectra, lets users filter and download the underlying calibration dataset, and enables community contribution of new spectra to improve model performance.
