The 5R-16S DNA sequencing data of melanoma patients and control.

To gain a deeper understanding of the intratumoral microbiota in melanoma, we conducted an analysis using 5R-16S DNA sequencing data from melanoma patients and controls. By integrating sequencing data from our cohort, which includes 33 melanoma samples and 10 control samples, we were able to deeply characterize the microbial signatures in melanoma. This comprehensive approach allows for an in-depth exploration of microbial features and their potential role in melanoma progression.
