Prevention of high-fat/high-sugar diet-induced type 2 diabetes mellitus-associated non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in rats with fermented and raw Rosa roxburghii Tratt (Cili) juice

Rosa roxburghii Tratt (Cili) has hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic properties. The aim of the project is to comparing and confirming the potential effects of spontaneous fermented/raw Cili juice (FCJ/RCJ) on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)-associated non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) model rats. The liver transcriptomics analyses were conducted in groups to compare the differences between different cili invented rats.
