Host fitness and infection data

This file contains the data used in analyses of host fitness. It contains columns that identify the animal (animal_ID), when and how often the animal was captured (month, year, capture_number), host condition (condition), host condition at the previous capture (previous_condition) and infection status (brucellosis). Because the file contains the data used for analyses of host pregnancy and calving, we include an indicator column (use_in_calf_anlaysis, use_in_pregnancy_analysis) to show which rows were used for each analysis.
