Draft genome of alphaproteobacteria Parvibaculaceae Y103. Parvibaculaceae
收藏资源简介:
Bacterial communities in cultured dinoflagellate Symbiodiniacea have been characterized by metagenomic analysis. However, little is known about the genomic basis of major Symbiodiniaceae-associated bacteria. This project reports the draft assembly of the Symbiodiniaceae-associated bacterial genome. We performed in silico analysis of the bacterial genome from Symbiodiniaceae Cladocopium sp. (Y103) cultures. There was no large genomic reduction in the associated-alphaproteobacteria with genome size of 3.9 Mb. Comparative genomic analysis of four bacterial genomes from cultures of four Symbiodiniaceae, Symbiodinium, Breviolum, Cladocopium, and Durusdinium will reveal the diversity of major associated-bacteria at whole-genome level. Our findings in this study provide first genomic insights into how bacteria associated with Symbiodinaceae contribute towards establishment of this vital relationship with exchange of important metabolites.
