Transcriptomic analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes in the absence of AomedA and AoWetA were involved in mycelial growth, development process,conidiation, cell nucleus, trap formation, peroxisome, endocytosis and lipid metabolism. WT (represented by AO and AOB) and ΔAomedA (represented by MedA) and ΔAowetA (represented by WetA) strains grown on cellophane-overlaid CMY plates at 28°C for 5 days, three replicates were used for each sample. After collecting the samples, RNA was extracted with the AxyPrep Multisource RNA Miniprep Kit (Axygen, Jiangsu, China), and then sent to Majorbio Bio-Pharm Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) to construct the transcriptome of WT and ΔAomedA and ΔAowetA strains. The final cDNA library was sequenced on an Illumina Novaseq 4000 platform.
