respondent and of the future economic situation of the FRG (Katona
questions); satisfaction with what one has personally achieved;
frequency of political discussions; judgement on Adenauer and Brandt in
the Berlin Crisis; preferred federal chancellor; sympathy scale for
political personalities and for the SPD, CDU/CSU, FDP; most recent
change in one´s own party evaluation; party preference; image of CDU or
CSU, SPD and FDP; voting decision at earlier Federal Parliament
elections and voting decision in the Federal Parliament election 1961;
attitude to elections; perceived sources of election campaign financing
for the three major parties; attitude to various financing
alternatives; assessment of the danger of war; Scheuch Index.

Demography: head of household; marital status; occupation; employment;
sex; social origins; age; school education; vocational training;
household income; size of household; religious denomination; regional
origins; sex; state.

Interviewer rating: social class and willingness of respondent to
