Distribution of health insurance frauds in France 2018, by type of players

In France, the National Health Insurance Fund (Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie) is the type of insurance with the highest premium value. However, it is subject to fraud and fraudulent activities. The French Health Insurance Fund has therefore implemented a set of actions in order to prevent these activities, identify and stop illicit practices. It has thus been able to point out the main players involved in these frauds, and it appears that policyholders accounted for more than half of the cases of fraud and misconduct detected in 2018.
