Amphiura filiformis development raw reads

Next to sea urchins (echinoderms), brittle stars (ophiuroids) are the only other animals that develop a larval skeleton. However, in comparison to the well-studied sea urchin, brittle stars have not been investigated in such detail and lack a detailed description of their developmental mode on an mRNA expression level. We, therefore, sequenced 4 time points of development that correspond to 4 distinct stages in order to obtain an "omic" characterisation of development for the species Amphiura filiformis. Additionally, one sample was treated with SU5402 and one with DMSO at 18hpf and collected at 27hpf. Embryos used for this project came from a single female/single male fertilization and several embryos were pooled for the sequencing.
