Genome wide binding sites of FnCas9 on DNA

Description: In this study, we have identified FnCas9 binding sites on mouse DNA with or without guideRNAs. The sgRNA target is a region in Nucleolin GFP locus integrated using BAC tagging technology into mouse Neuro 2A cells. Forward transfections were done using HA tagged FnCas9 plasmid and invitro synthesized sgRNAs. FnCas9 was pulled down using anti HA antibody. ChiP sequencing was performed according to published protocols.
