To study adult human lung, we conduct single-cell RNAseq of the human healthy lung using 10X scRNAseq technique. Overall design: Adult human lung epithelial and mesenchymal cells were sorted based on EpCAM+ and EpCAM-/CD11b-/CD45-/CD31-, respectively. Dead cells were excluded using DRAQ7 negative selection. The sequencing sample were mixed with half epithelial cells andhalf mesenchymal cells.
