RNAseq and qPCR showed that microRNAs rom miR125b 5p, Let7c 1 3p were differentially expressed among the normal anoxia reoxygenation and astaxanthin groups KEGG and GO pathway enrichment analyses, such as TNF signaling pathway, axon guidance NFkappaB signaling pathway and other pathways displayed that differentially expressed microRNA target genes were associated with myocardial injuries. There results suggest that the targent genes of rom miR125b 5p are enriched in inflammation and apoptosis related signaling pathways. Also it implies that simultaneously targeting pathwags could significantly protect myocardial anoxia reoxygenation injury by astaxanthin.
