Survey dataset accompanying "Perceived Stress Levels and Changes in Dietary Habits Among Pre-Nursing Students During Exam Periods"

This dataset contains survey questions pertaining to the Perceived Stress Score and Mini-Eating Assessment Tool for students at Nevada State University. Desriptions and coding of each of the survey questions are contained in the accompanying Excel spreadsheet. This study was approved by the Nevada State University Institutional Review Board (protocol 2501-0396). All procedures in this study were conducted in accordance with approved protocols. Subjects provided written informed consent for their anonymized information to be published in this article.
