Refinery output of oil products in Africa 2014-2019

In 2019, the total production of oil products in African refineries was projected around 109 million metric tons, an increase of over three million metric tons in comparison to the previous year. A few countries concentrated the oil refinery capacity in the continent, with Egypt and Algeria as leading nations.
