Python Script for Modeling Hydroponically Cultivated Bibb Lettuce

This is the source code behind the Python script of the doctoral thesis "Developing Robust Agricultural Kinetic Models: The Hydroponic Cultivation of <i>L. Sativa </i>Lettuce in Controlled Environment Agriculture". <br>Provided codes pull data from data spreadsheets. Some modeling equations are performed in these excel spreadsheets before being imported into python, and was decided based on the strengths of each platform.Many of the provided code have a final <i>control block</i>. This control block may contain 1) a set of “main()” switches to choose which figures to generate, and 2) individual control variables to specify scope of analysis (e.g., which nutrients, FM vs DM, etc…).
