Characterization of entomopathogenic fungi from invasive fall armyworm in China and their risk to native pest.

The concentration of fungus in all fungal treatments is 2×108 spores/ml. The mortality caused by the same fungus isolate was compared by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by post hoc Tukey tests with insect species as the factor, the data were checked for normality by Shapiro-Wilk tests before analysis. The data represent the mean of five replicates with standard error. Data with different letters indicate significant differences among different insect species with the same fungal treatment.
