Accredited EV Testing in Brazil—Replication Package (MDS‑1..4, Instrument S1, Code_S1.ipynb)

Open replication package for the study of accredited laboratory readiness for on‑road electric mobility in Brazil (ICS 43.120). The package contains four CSV datasets (MDS‑1..4), the full survey instrument (Instrument S1, PDF/DOCX), and an executable Jupyter notebook (Code_S1.ipynb) to reproduce the Accredited Coverage Index (ACI) and the weighted index (wACI). The indicator denominator is N=69 (after identical-text deduplication by edition). Using the September 08, 2025 RBLE snapshot, ACI = 2.90% (2/69) and wACI = 3.62%. MDS‑1 documents component/domain tagging and IDT groups; MDS‑2/MDS‑3 provide dated RBLE snapshots with coverage states and clause lists; MDS‑4 is the per‑standard indicator table with coverage flags and weights. All CSVs are semicolon‑delimited (latin1). Data are CC BY 4.0; code (Code_S1.ipynb) is MIT-licensed (see LICENSE). The README and data dictionary describe keys, joins, and reproduction steps.
