Comprehensive analysis of the gene expression profile of the male and female BTBR mice with diabetic nephrology

To explore genes and pathways that were differently regulated in the progression of diabetic nephrology in different gender mice, we performed RNA-seq of kidney from BTBRob/ob (diabetic nephrology) mice and wild type (WT) mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different gender groups. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for male BTRTob/ob mice, male WT mcie, female BTRTob/ob mice and female WT mice .
