RNA-sequencing data of intestinal tissue of pigs fed milk replacer with added starch

We show here the transcriptional response in the distal small intestine of piglets fed either normal milk replacer, or milk replacer with added starch. RNA was obtained from the tissue of 10 piglets fed normal milk replacer and 11 piglets fed milk replacer with starch.
