Analysed R object with deconvolution results

This is the final seurat object that contains the analysed dataset generated from our study "<strong>Dual spatially resolved transcriptomics for human host-pathogen colocalization studies in FFPE tissue sections</strong>". It includes the filtered count matrices that was analysed, clustering results as well as the results from the deconvolution method applied to the dataset.
