Study on the effect of DHCR7 on the transcriptome of HeLa and SiHa cells

The aim of this study was to explore which genes and pathways in SiHa and HeLa cells are affected by the alteration of DHCR7 expression levels, and further suggest a possible downstream mechanism of DHCR7 in cervical cancer cell lines.
