Share of firms active in e-commerce in Italy 2023, by industry

In 2023, over 73 percent of Italian businesses operating in the publishing sector were active in e-commerce sales activities, down from the previous year. This represents the highest share among the categories considered. Accommodation and food services followed in the ranking with about 38 percent of enterprises in this sector selling their products or services online.
