This RNAseq analysis is performed as a part of the work "Heterogeneous expression of cell surface markers in human myeloma cell lines: implications for disease modelling and therapeutic targeting", where expression levels both at the cell surface level and transcriptomic level are analysed. Overall design: To analyze the gene expression levels in our in-house Multiple Myeloma (MM) cell lines, VOLIN, KJON, FOLE, URVIN, IH-1 and OH-2 was RNA sequenced.We also included the MM cell lines ANBL-6, INA-6 and JJN-3 as controls, and to check that they were similar to already published data. 2 biological replicates were sequenced for each cell line. *************************************************************** Raw data are not included, due to regulations in the Norwegian law. ***************************************************************
