This dataset is land use/land cover data of Yunnan Province spanning from 1990 to 2020, which comprises 4 sub-datasets. All data were generated using the Random Forest classifier on the Google Earth Engine platform. During the production workflow, all procedures were strictly supervised and implemented, including high-quality remote sensing image synthesis, sample point screening, accuracy assessment, and other related steps. The average overall accuracy of the dataset exceeds 85%, demonstrating considerable reliability. This dataset can provide a fundamental basis for subsequent studies on land use/land cover change; meanwhile, it can also serve as a data foundation for land resource management, natural resource surveys, environmental monitoring, and other relevant applications in Yunnan Province.
