This dataset was obtained conventional meteorological elements (near-surface wind speed, temperature and humidity), radiation, soil temperature and humidity, soil heat fluxes, and eddy-covariance at the Horqin Atmospheric Boundary-Layer and Environment Experimental Station (42°56′N, 120°42′E), located in the southeastern of the Horqin Sandy Land in Naiman Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China (NM station), the Semi-Arid Climate and Environment Observatory of Lanzhou University (SACOL) located in Gansu Province, China (35°94′N, 104°13′E) and Tazhong meteorological station (39°00′N, 83°40′E), located in the hinterland of the Taklamakan Desert, China. The observation from 1 to 31 July 2023 is selected in NM and SACOL, from 1 to 30 June 2023 in TZ station.
